Josh has developed a Mind, Body, Golf approach to coaching focusing on the things that are in your control. Centering your mind, developing your body and learning from your game are keys to being successful. Eating healthy, maintaining a fit body, valuing proper rest, learning the importance of deep breathing, and calming the mind allows golfers to be at their best and lets their swing and putting stroke happen. Josh will guide you along the way so that you become your best coach and cultivate a deep belief in yourself and that your talents take you where you want to go.
